Robyn graduated with a BA from Auckland University and has a broad commercial background enhanced by having had her own successful businesses.

Robyn is an effective global and local search and executive management recruiter, with extensive local and offshore networks. She works closely with board members and senior management in her client companies and her assignments have included Directors, CEO’s, Managing Directors, and Senior Managers through to hard to find applicants with specialists skills.

She is well known for developing a personal interest in her clients’ businesses and looking to understand their sector and business norms to ensure good commercial appointments are made. Robyn likes to develop and maintain open and honest relationships, and most of her clients value her transparency and also her ‘connections’. She has become known as a dairy/agri and food manufacturing specialist but some other sectors she regularly works in are, manufacturing, engineering, industrial services, oil and energy, utilities, distribution, logistics. Also important to Robyn is her work for Maori and Not for Profits.

Prior to recruitment Robyn owned and ran various successful businesses in manufacturing and industrial services and also has had management roles in a range of employer organisations.
